Custom Orders/Invitations
- Do you make custom orders? Yes, we will make custom orders. Just complete the form and we will contact you to discuss your project and pricing. Once an agreement is made on the order an invoice will be created for payment of the non-refundable deposit and detailed description of project.
- Am I able to provide my own products for customization? In order to guarantee the quality of our products we prefer to only use products we provide. If there is a specific product you desire we will do our best to meet your needs. However, if you wish to provide your own product, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please be advised that if you choose to use your own product we are not able to guarantee the condition and longevity of the artwork. Please discuss this before considering.
- How much do you charge for invitations? All invitations are priced according to the nature of the product. We are unable to provide an exact price due to quantity, style, etc.
Orders/Shipping
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You can also opt in to receive text messages regarding your order status. If you are unable to find your tracking email please check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder as filters often send messages there in error.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONE IT HAS SHIPPED?
Shipping times below are approximate days your order will be in transit.
Priority: 3-5 business days
Priority Express: 1-2 business days
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order it must be done so within 24 hours. Your request must be made in writing via our customer contact form.
WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
If you happened to choose the wrong size or color for your order please complete the customer contact form or contact us directly by email so that we can fix your issue.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
If your order is incorrect, please contact us by email and send a detailed description of the problem so that we can correct the issue. The new order will be shipped at our expense.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
You may request a refund via our customer contact form. Please note that all of our items are made to order so refunds will only be issued if there is an error in your order on our part. We will gladly replace your product if it is defective or incorrect.
